Quick carb reload after a workout && of course some protein šŸ˜›

4oz Greek yogurt
1 banana
1/4 cup black berries
1/4 berry mix (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
4-6oz diet cran grape juice (no aspartame šŸ‘šŸ¼) 

PRO TIP: easy way to add more protein to smoothies – peanut butter, flax seed, chia seeds, and even cottage cheese
